Position: Leasing Consultant
Pay: $25/hour

Start Date: As soon as possible
We're seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a high-performing onsite team at a busy apartment community. This role is essential in creating an exceptional resident experience-from first impressions during tours to ongoing support throughout the leasing process. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet prospects warmly and provide engaging property tours.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, screening, and move-ins.
Maintain accurate records, organize resident files, and assist with lease renewals.
Prepare leasing documents, notices, reports, and daily correspondence.
Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listing updates.
Collaborate with maintenance to ensure work orders and unit turnovers are completed efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software (any PMS experience is a plus).

Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
